Scope of Services
Made Beautiful Floral Design LLC (The Arranger) will provide The Client with professional floral design and other services as mutually agreed upon and described in the official proposal/estimate. The Client is determined upon the name signed on the contract. All professional floral arrangement services to be provided hereunder will be referred to as Services.
Services and Fees and Expenses.
● The Client shall be responsible for all Service Fees as identified in the official proposal as those Services are provided.
● Unless payment is made in full, Made Beautiful Floral Design LLC will invoice the Client for the Services Fees once per calendar month. The Client agrees to remit full payment to Accounts Payable promptly upon its receipt of the invoice.
All invoices must be settled 30 days prior to your wedding/event. Made Beautiful Floral reserves the right to terminate invoices not paid by this time. The non-refundable retainer is not refunded in the event this happens.
● Wedding and events booking within 30 days of date must be paid in full to secure services.
Term and Termination.
● This Agreement shall commence as of the Agreement Date outline in the contract and shall remain in force through.
● No monies given to the Arranger (including the deposit and full payment) shall be refunded in the event:
the event order is cancelled or the event is postponed. In the event of postponement, we will hold monies to perform services up to 1 year.
the Client no longer desires the services of the Made Beautiful Floral
Inclement Weather
● If the entire balance is not paid in full by the assigned due date (30 days before the wedding/event), the contract will be terminated. All monies will be forfeited. There is a reinstatement fee of $250.00 to reactivate the contract plus your previous balance paid in full upon reinstatement.
● The Client assumes all responsibility for the condition of the floral order and other goods after delivery, setup, or in-studio pick up has been completed.
● Substitutions Allowed – Made Beautiful Floral Design LLC will always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible. However, if the container, flowers, plants or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order.
SIGNATURE ARRANGEMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Made Beautiful Floral strives to provide the best customer service available. We have established this policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds ( if approved) are processed:
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order.
If it is determined that Made Beautiful Floral did not make the delivery attempt, it is our policy that we will provide you with a refund.
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement or the recipient is unhappy, the recipient should contact Made Beautiful Floral within 48 hours. In almost every case, Made Beautiful Floral will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Made Beautiful Floral Florist must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Made Beautiful Floral . No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Made Beautiful Floral Florist within 48 hours of the original delivery date.
Made Beautiful Floral reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When Made Beautiful Floral receives an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email or phone call to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error.
Substitutions Allowed” – Made Beautiful Floral will always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible. However if the container, flowers, plants or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with content equal to the original value of the order.
Made Beautiful Floral is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Made Beautiful Floral will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
If the customer has picked up the floral arrangement or plant, and has seen the quality of the flowers, it is the responsibility of the customer to then care for the flowers once it has left the store.
Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge.
